Be sure to grab your Top Three Banner on the sidebar! Congratulations to you too! Before showing you what our team has created to inspire you this week, I would like to show you something else. When I joined this great group at SSW this past summer, they were in the midst of sharing pictures and information on their home towns. It was like a mini vacation and a glimpse into the lives of my new friends. And from the comments posted by some of you, I think that you enjoyed it as well. I am going to post some pictures today of my stamping space, as I am one that enjoys seeing where others create and find inspiration and I think that maybe you do as well. I haven't discussed this with my teammates and some of them may not be able to do this, but guys if you do, I will love seeing your rooms.
I have a flat and a drafting table on which to work, this gives me a view out of either window and plenty of space to work. I re-purposed lots of furniture to create my space in this spare bedroom. All of my drawers that you can see hold ribbon, embellishments and tools, as well as extra cards and supplies. I left a twin bed here in the room, my cats love sleeping on it while I work and it gives me a place to spread out work sometimes.
This chest holds all of my wood mounted Stampin' Up stamps as well as a drawer of miscellaneous brands.
Here is my inspiration, Sable. He is never very far away when I am working in here, and sometimes you will find his brother Salem curled up with him.
Thanks for hanging with me during this long post....now to the important stuff, our teams beautiful creations for this week. Enjoy!
Well that is all for me this week, I hope something in my post has inspired you, and we look forward to seeing your beautiful work this week using Arlana's sketch. Thanks for staying with me during this long post. Take care and here's hoping your week is everything you want it to be.
Hugs, Patti
To play along this week is really simple:
1. Create a card using the sketch of the week. You may use any stamp or element you have to create your card, however if you have any Meljen's Designs images, we'd love to see what you can do with them.
2. If posting to an online gallery, please use Sweet Sketch 121.
3. Add a link on your blog to Sweet Sketch Wednesday.
4. Post your card along with the link.
5. Sign into Inlinkz and add a direct link back to your card on your site.
6. Be sure to leave a comment here as we love hearing from you. You must do this to be considered for the Grand Prize.
And most important: Have Fun!!!!
