Sweet Sketch Wednesday 193!!

Welcome back to Sweet Sketch Wednesday for another Sweet Sketch Challenge!!  I have had quite a weekend.  New England had a good ol' fashioned Nor'easter!!  The Blizzard broght up to 30 inches of snow around my neighborhood, with drifts 4 and 5 feet high!!  I live on the South Shore of Massachussetts.  As I write this Blog Post, many of my friends are still without power 4 days later.  We were fortunate not to lose power and only had to deal with the inconvenience of clearing away the snow.  But it IS winter after all, and I have to say I enjoyed being snowed in for a few days!! 

We had gorgeous blue skies the day after the storm which made clean up a little easier to deal with...

My name is Krista Smith. I am the artist behind the Etsy shop, Saturated Canary Digis. I began working in the stamping world about a year ago when I was hired to create rubber designs for the sweet Scottish company, Sugar Nellie. They launched my artwork under the name 'Simply Sassy.'     Your photos look amazing Sally. I wish I could be snowed in for a few days - imagine the crafting I could get done! I love winter and snow.

Thanks Sally for a lovely sketch something a bit different and to your lovely posting this week. I still can't get over you getting 4 - 5 feet of snow where you live. When we got snow here a couple of years ago it was 4-5 mls not even inches or centre-metres and I got excited at the snow drifts. I would be like a child in a candy store seeing that much snow all at once. I love it when we ski up the mountain and it snows but a lot of the snow up there is machine made. Take care everyone and I'm so looking forward to seeing your amazing creations this week using this very creative sketch of Sally' s.

    What great sample from the DT - just love the images from Krista. And this is another amazing sketch. Love the pictures of all the snow. We just had some of our snow melt so now my driveway is pure ice. I about lost it and looked like a complete idiot going to the mailbox to mail my Valentines.

    Sally, your pictures are beautiful. I love snow too...not so much as I did when I was a kid. But, It sure is beautiful to look at and fun to play in.     Love all your snow pics. We've not had any here (SW UK) so it's fab to see your pics. But then we would not know how to cope if we had half of what you appear to have had!! LOL. We'd be snowed in for months!!

    Love the sketchie this week. I love circles for my images so this was fab for me!! Thanks for the inspiration.
