Sweet Sketch Wednesday 119 and A Day For Daisies

Hello Sweet Sketch Wednesday followers.  This is Nancy posting this week for
SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY
from Northern Arizona.  We are finally cooling off here a little bit.  Instead of being in the 90's it is in the 70's.  I think that fall may be just around the corner.  It is still really hot down in Phoenix and I am really glad I don't live there.  It is like stepping into a furnace in the summer time.  Phoenix has also had some horrible dust storms this year called "Haboob".  I live an hour and a half away from Phoenix and I woke up one morning after one of their dust storms and we had a thick haze which looked like fog over all of the city that I live in. The dust had come all the way up here.   People that have asthma really had a hard time with all the dirt in the air.  We are still experiencing the monsoons here with late afternoon thunder showers.  It has been so nice to have the rain.

We are really feeling the fall air too but we have enjoyed some of the best weather the past month. Our trip to Whistler was fantastic! I suppose all good things have to end sometime! Spent a fun evening yesterday at the Puyallup Fair and enjoyed the Chicago concert! Have a fabulous week!

    What a lovely sketch. I loved all the layers. Its a great way to showcase a fab image and also fabulous paper choices.
